When you walk into our Outlet and Clearance Centers, you’ll be met by a friendly and informed Personal Flooring Advisor who will help you navigate the showrooms and help you find the perfect flooring options for you, your home, and just as importantly, your budget.

First, we’ll talk about your flooring project. Are you replacing one or more of your home’s floors? Are you building a house and exploring flooring options? We want to fully understand your goals so we can give you the best flooring recommendations.
Then, we’ll ask about your lifestyle. We want to know if you have kids, pets, or elderly family members living in the home. Any additional information you provide is extremely helpful for us in determining the best flooring, based on your needs.
After you've selected the flooring that’s right for you, we’ll schedule a day and time to come to your home, take measurements, and provide an accurate quote for your project.
